My interest in Real Estate began at an early age. As a child, my father used to drag us kids along to visit construction sites where he was building houses for speculation. I always loved the smell of new concrete and fresh cut lumber as we toured through the rough skeletons that would soon become someone’s new home. Over the years I was exposed to many different aspects of the Real Estate business including Rental/Investment Properties, Home Remodeling and Rehabilitation, Land Development, New Construction and simple buy and hold for profit techniques.

I have always possessed the entrepreneurial spirit and it has demanded that I follow my ambitions. At age twenty-four I launched a small business venture in Los Angeles, CA that grew steadily and became a well respected name due to my emphasis on quality and service. As the business expanded and prospered for the next twenty one years, I learned that it takes a lot more than a good idea and some high hopes to build a strong business. Successful businesses are not created by accident. As Owner/CEO I was faced with ample competition and had to be very resourceful and determined to compete. I had to have the ability to coordinate several projects at once and change course at a moments notice.

In today’s ever changing Real Estate market, my clients entrust me to solve many of the same obstacles and challenges that I have worked to overcome for many years. The experience and training I have received along the way have been invaluable to my continued success.
