For as long as I can remember I have been involved in some part of Real Estate. I guess you could say it's in my blood. My Dad was in the industry and my Brother still is so there's never been a time I can't remember visiting open houses or talking shop around the dinner table. My involvement in the various aspects of real estate - everthing from education to every level of banking to appraisal work - has taught me the importance of three key elements to having a successful transaction.
