I really think this is the most exciting project for new construction in the Valley right now. Viking has combined some award winning floor plans with a location that everyone wants! We actually have some floor plans coming in close to $73 a square foot! The Empress is a 3,278 finished square foot 2-story with a base price of $239,594! This neighborhood won't last long with only 17 lots left (we sold another today).
